An Evening Of Music, Poetry & Stand Up Comedy

Nearly six months of Working-From-Home has everyone waxing nostalgic about days at the office. But if video-calls are the next best thing to meetings in person, the Remfry & Sagar team thought to extend the use of this platform for some fun interaction as well.

On a Friday in August more than a 100 of us logged in for an evening of entertainment. Tanmay Joshi, Nitin Kalra and Radha Khera were MC’s – who set the scene with their repartee. Syed Abbas Askari, shared some beautiful Urdu couplets in his deep baritone. Sagar Arora, Raghav Paul and Shubham Shende strummed wonderful tunes on their guitars and sang a medley of songs, making us long to hear them in person soon! Dhruv Goel mined the long history of the Firm to set up a challenging quiz on the Firm. To complement this, the MCs put everyone to the test by asking us to identify colleagues from picture puzzles comprising parts of faces. Last, Shrabani Rout drew many, many good laughs from her stand-up act on why she longs to return to work.

Can’t wait for a follow on…
