Shubham joined the IP litigation team of the Firm in 2022 and represents clients in the automotive, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors across the country’s High Courts and District Courts. His forte lies in anti-counterfeiting strategies, where he combines legal acumen with a keen understanding of technology to optimize efficiency in safeguarding intellectual property.
In his day-to-day work, Shubham actively engages in IP enforcement, ensuring that clients’ intellectual property rights are protected vigorously. He collaborates closely with the Firm’s Trademarks team to strategise matters from a litigation perspective and provide comprehensive legal support that spans both offensive and defensive aspects of IP protection. Prior to joining the Firm, he honed his skills in trademark prosecution and domain name dispute resolution at a prominent Delhi based practice.
