Ritam focuses his practice on patent protection and has almost a decade’s worth of experience in prosecuting Indian and international patent applications.
He prosecutes patent applications in the field of semiconductors, software technologies, communication systems, display devices, security systems, mobile technologies, data systems, weaving technologies, automobile technologies, system analytics, informatics, antenna systems, high speed data transmission, metallurgical coatings, steel manufacturing, machinery and machine parts. Ritam also has expertise in drafting complete/provisional applications and writes opinions with regards to patentability, preparing clearance and the freedom to operate.
A registered patent agent, prior to joining Remfry & Sagar, Ritam worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Goa State Council for Science & Technology.
