Krisna joined the firm in 2022 with a prior experience of 3 years in IP litigation and advisory. He assists clients in contentious matters involving trademark, design, unfair competition and copyright violations and represents them before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, as well as several administrative tribunals and custom authorities. Krisna has conducted seizures with the police and court appointed commissioners. He is also involved in negotiating and pursuing settlements and mediations.

Interests
Krisna’s journey on the cricket field, during his time at school and college has led him to play the sport at the state and national level. Away from the wickets, Krisna is always eager to travel. He is also a MMA fanatic!
