She is well versed in responding to filing/ pre-filing queries on Indian trademark law and procedure including those related to classification of goods/ services; drafting suitable specifications re new trademark applications; as well as researching and providing opinions on inherent registrability of marks. She is also proficient with the Madrid System of International Registration of Trade Marks.
