A member of the Firm’s Patent Litigation team, Vaishali combines legal expertise with a strong foundation in the life sciences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, and a law degree, having studied at Delhi University, Jamia Hamdard, and IIT Kharagpur.

 

Her practice focuses on patent litigation involving technically complex subject matter, with particular experience in disputes across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
