He provides opinions and advice in relation to trademark matters to a diverse client base and has extensive experience in conducting pre-filing searches, formulating strategy on brand clearance, handling non-traditional trademarks, navigating the nuances of the Madrid system of International Registration of trademarks, assisting with the determination of well-known marks and a host of other vital issues.
