Subbin is a specialist in IP prosecution, with a focus on both patents and trademarks. He regularly represents clients before the Indian Patent and Trade Marks Offices, where he appears for hearings and argues matters to secure successful outcomes.

Based in the Firm’s Chennai office, Subbin holds an engineering degree and a second bachelor’s degree in law from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and brings a strong blend of technical and legal expertise to his IP practice.
