Sakshi joined the Firm in 2017 and advises clients on a range of contentious issues pertaining to trademark infringement, unfair competition and copyright. She has experience of litigation before various courts and fora in the country including the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).
Enrolled with the Bar in 2014, before Sakshi started to work at Remfry & Sagar, she gained valuable litigation experience in Mumbai followed by a year of judicial clerkship with a senior judge of the High Court of Delhi.
In her free time, Sakshi likes to try out her mother’s recipes or get experimental in the kitchen. She is fond of painting and often immerses herself in ‘liberating’ sessions of mixing and working with colours. Sakshi also catches up on reading the latest in fiction and autobiographies when time permits.
