He assists clients with IP due diligence activities, answering objections raised at the stage of examination, recording changes of ownership and handling recordal of licences. His expertise is particularly strong when it comes to changes in title – he has filed and prosecuted requests to record changes of name/address, assignments and mergers, both at the pre-registration and post registration stage, in India and in overseas jurisdictions. He has also appeared before the Trade Marks Office for hearings appointed in connection with recordal requests.
