Pulkit brings over a decade of experience in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the Indian Patent Office. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of IP matters, including the prosecution of foreign applications—both directly and through the International Bureau (WIPO)—as well as foreign oppositions, patent landscape analyses, freedom-to-operate assessments, patentability evaluations, and validity opinions.
With a background in pharmacy, Pulkit possesses deep technical expertise in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology, and biotechnology. His scientific acumen enables him to offer tailored, technically sound IP strategies.
Pulkit also has experience in advising clients on infringement issues as well as the validity and enforcement of patents. In addition, he appears regularly before the Indian Patent Office in connection with prosecution of patents and enforcement of patent rights.
