Prerna is a patent attorney enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and a registered patent agent. She has professional experience in handling patent searches and drafting patent applications. Her practice includes drafting patent specifications related to diverse technical domains including electronics, telecommunication, electrical, computer networks, machine learning and artificial intelligence, bio-medical devices, mechanical systems, automobiles, chemical and materials based inventions. She is also adept at handling patent analytics projects including patentability searches, invalidity searches, Freedom to Operate searches and evidence of use searches. She regularly advises clients on patentability of inventions and safe launch of products based on outcomes of the patent analytics projects.
