Pragati advises clients on a gamut of contentious and non-contentious IP issues revolving around trademark law along with potential domain name disputes, copyright and design law violations. She regularly appears before various High Courts and District Courts. She has expertise in drafting varied legal documents and briefing/assisting Senior Counsel in litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Pragati was associated with other IP boutiques and her past experience lends her deep insights into trademark litigation strategies and enforcement.
