Poonam is a registered patent agent. She has more than two and a half years of experience in prosecuting patent applications, particularly in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronics and computer related inventions. Currently, her practice includes advising clients on objections raised in office actions and drafting responses to examination reports issued by the Patent Office, based upon client inputs and discussions. Her experience makes her well-versed in responding to queries on various aspects related to Indian patent law and practice.
