Nipun has more than 20 years of professional experience in intellectual property and is a trademark prosecution expert at the Firm. With his deep understanding of the laws and procedures governing protection of trademarks in India, one of his key roles is to formulate strategies for managing IP portfolios. He focuses his practice on both domestic and international trademark prosecution, due diligence, recording changes in title and licensing of marks. He has represented the Firm at several international conferences, including APPA and INTA meetings.
