Stamping Out Counterfeits

Remfry & Sagar successfully obtained an injunction in a design infringement and passing off suit filed on behalf of Trodat GmbH. The defendant was selling rubber stamps that were a slavish imitation of Trodat’s proprietary registered designs including shape, colour, get-up and mechanism.
