Managing IP’s Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year (India)

For the second time in as many years, Remfry & Sagar has won Managing IP’s 2020 award for ‘TRADEMARK CONTENTIOUS FIRM OF THE YEAR’ (India).

Also, once again, in 2020 the Firm has been ranked as a TIER 1 practice for both TRADEMARK and PATENT PROSECUTION and CONTENTIOUS work by the magazine.

Celebrations this year are muted in the COVID-19 context – the awards ceremony itself could not take place. Nonetheless, such news provides a ‘spring in one’s step’ and reminds us of the value of remaining committed to our goals despite ongoing challenges and looking forward to better days ahead.
