Mamaearth: Start-Up Fends Off Infringer

Remfry & Sagar secured an ex parte ad interim injunction from the Delhi High Court on behalf of Honasa Consumer Pvt. Ltd., the company behind the Mamaearth brand, restraining defendants from using the deceptively similar mark “Mamaveda” and associated trade dress for cosmetic products.
