Gaurav Mukerjee of Remfry & Sagar spoke on �Strategies for Effective IP Enforcement� with a particular focus Anti-Counterfeiting actions as part of a panel discussion titled �THE INTELLECTUAL YOU � ALL ABOUT IPR & YOU� at Lex Witness'The Grand Masters 2025 Summit series, New Delhi.

He outlined the tools available to combat counterfeiting; choice of remedy against infringement; raids: do’s and don�ts; possible best practices on the part of law enforcement agencies; and pointers for right holders to build an effective brand protection program.
