Remfry’s IP Seminar 2017

Remfry & Sagar turned 190 in 2017! We kicked off this milestone year with the 3rd edition of our annual IP Seminar on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Gurgaon (9.30 am to 5 pm).

The Seminar offered key inputs for lawyers in private practice and corporate counsel on how to derive maximum value from IP assets. Attorneys from the Firm talked on the patent investment climate in India as well as prominent trends in patent litigation. A panel of industry experts discussed India’s path to becoming an IP superpower. For brand managers, we took an in-depth look at emergent IP issues in the digital age. Another session focused on start-ups, offering strategic advice for the Indian market.
