Remfry & Sagar’s recently held webinar was titled ‘Impact of the New Patent Rules – Practice, Promises & Challenges’.

Panelists Dr. Amarendra Samal (Joint Controller of Patents & Designs, Office of the CGPDTM), Nishant Sharma (Lead Counsel – IP & Litigation, Dolby Laboratories) and RANJNA MEHTA-DUTT (Partner, Remfry & Sagar) discussed the new patent rules with specific regard to changed obligations under Section 8, amended Rule 138 and vis-à-vis the Statement Of Working. The discussion was moderated by Shukadev Khuraijam (Partner, Remfry & Sagar).
