Grand Masters 2024 – Bengaluru

At the Lex Witness 10th Annual Grand Masters 2024 – Bengaluru Edition, Shukadev Khuraijam (Partner at Remfry & Sagar) was a panelist for the session 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨 – 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗣𝗥 & 𝗬𝗢𝗨.

He spoke on how changes in the Patent Rules have made compliance easier for right holders in terms of filing duty of disclosure and statement of working obligations. He also threw light on how the new rules have provided flexibilities for applicants re deadlines under the law.

Fellow panelists included S K Murthy (Patent Counsel, Intel Corporation), Bejoy Namath (Global Leader Intellectual Property, Momentive) and Ramya Rao (Partner, K&S Partners) with Jyothi V K (General Counsel and Sr. VP, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.) as the moderator. The conversation spanned topical IP issues and was well received.
