GIPC 2024

Remfry & Sagar Partners Pankaj Soni and Mohini V represented the Firm at the 15th Global IP Convention (GIPC) on 7-8 January, 2024.

Pankaj was a speaker on a panel titled ‘SEP/FRAND Licensing: A fresh focus for the year ahead’. This is a topic where Indian rulings have been the cynosure of all eyes and it made for a very interesting discussion involving local and global perspectives.
