BIPF 2023

On May 23, 2023, the BRICS IP Forum (BIPF) met once again in Wuhan, China. Established by Daniel Advogados from Brazil, Gorodissky & Partners from Russia, Remfry & Sagar from India and CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office from China, and later joined by Von Seidels from South Africa, the BIPF is intended as a think tank to exchange ideas on IP questions of the day and brainstorm collectively for suitable responses.

This year saw nearly 250 attendees at the Forum. Gaurav Mukerjee and Neeraj Raina represented Remfry & Sagar and spoke on trademark and patent application and protection strategies in India. All sessions were vibrant and engaging with practical take-aways.
