Mrigank focuses on trademark prosecution and opposition matters, advising clients on brand protection strategies, trademark applications, oppositions, and rectifications, and representing them in hearings before the Trade Marks Registry to safeguard their rights. He works with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning industries such as agriculture, software and technology, toys and gaming, beverages etc. With prior experience at a prominent IP boutique law firm, Mrigank brings a strong foundation and a keen understanding of trademark issues. His experience allows him to provide practical, tailored advice to both start-ups and established companies looking to protect and enforce their brands. He also has a strong interest in copyright matters and is working towards broadening his expertise in this field.
