Kanika has been with the firm since 2013 and her practice focus is trademark and design prosecution. She advises clients across a broad range of industries, including, but not limited to, technology, automotive, marketing, media, oil and gas, clothing, luxury goods, pharmaceutical, hospitality, food and restaurant services. She primarily handles trade mark/design clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trademark/design applications and any other legal issues arising thereto. She also conducts due diligence research and renders advice on establishing and maintaining exclusive IP rights.
In her free time Kanika enjoys reading and watching movies and is dancing all the time.
