Jessica Kaur Sahni

Jessica developed a profound interest in intellectual property rights at a nascent stage in law school. This led her to intern at various IP boutique firms and upon qualifying as a lawyer, channel her passion into a profession. She is part of the trademark prosecution team at Remfry & Sagar and her practice focuses on addressing varied queries posed by clients on pre/post filing issues, attending to office actions issued by the Trademarks Office as well as appearing before quasi judicial bodies in relation to the registration of trademark rights. She also handles international trademark filings for the Indian sub-continent.
Jessica enjoys legal writing and has previously been associated with the Indian Law Journal as an Associate Editor. She has also written on different aspects of IP on several legal blogs. She keeps up with legal trends and developments and in this connection, has successfully completed the CopyrightX course organized by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
