Gurneet is a member of the firm’s patent litigation team, where she handles patent appeals and infringement suits before various High Courts across India. A graduate of the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, she enrolled as an advocate in 2016 and has since been advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property and related legal matters across diverse industry sectors.
As a registered Patent Agent, Gurneet also has significant experience in non-contentious patent matters across technological fields such as computer-related inventions, electronics, electrical, and mechanical domains. She has also handled trademark prosecution, oppositions and cancellation actions as well as domain name disputes.
