Divita advises individuals, start-ups, and multinational companies on trademark prosecution, oppositions, pre-filing strategy and risk assessments. She works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and aligns trademark protection strategies with broader business goals. Divita also contributes to the firm’s thought leadership through collaborative articles and legal commentaries published with external platforms and organisations.

Beyond her trademark practice, Divita has a strong academic interest in intellectual property law. She has authored several publications, including SCOPUS-indexed articles, on subjects such as artificial intelligence tools, social media and law, digital IP, and women’s health. She is an avid learner and has taken several online courses to enhance her legal knowledge and skills, particularly in Intellectual Property.
