Dhruv has been associated with Remfry & Sagar since 2012. His practice encompasses trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation; as well as copyright prosecution and enforcement. His clients are spread over a range of industries – he advises on IP strategy, and developing and implementing enforcement solutions that include facilitation of worldwide negotiations and agreements.

He has also successfully argued several opposition/cancellation cases before the Trade Marks Registry and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). In copyright matters, he often makes representations before the Copyright Office.

Dhruv has a LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University, Singapore. He enjoys making presentations on trending IP topics and his interest in technology has made him an integral part of the Firm’s IT team in terms of managing our database management software.

Interests
