All our records are digitized and this year we implemented a custom state-of-the-art document management system that reduces the need for paper copies and brings us one step closer to our aim of running a paperless office in the near future. Energy use is another area of focus. Our office tower is designed so as to make optimal use of natural light. Also, when employees are not at their desk, they are encouraged to switch off their lights and ensure judicious use of power at all times.
