Arya is a registered patent agent and primarily handles prosecution of patent applications covering various technical domains including mechanical, electrical, electronics, medical devices and computer-related inventions. Her technical expertise ranges from wireless communication networks, video coding and compression techniques, image processing techniques, control systems, display devices, semi-conductors, digital signal processing, integrated circuits and radio transmission. She works with leading corporate clients, multinationals, research and educational institutions, and universities. Her practice includes advising clients on objections raised in office actions, drafting responses to examination reports issued by the Patent Office based upon client inputs and discussions and responding to client queries on various aspects related to Indian patent law and practice. She also represents clients at oral proceedings before the Patent Office.
