Amit is a registered Indian Patent Agent with a decade of professional experience in delivering a broad range of intellectual property services. He is proficient in handling work related to different phases of the lifecycle of a patent, which include searching, drafting, prosecution, and invalidation of patents. Amit’s primary expertise includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications for the US and Indian jurisdictions. He has strong technical knowledge and expertise in handling inventions related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, electrical and electronic appliances, telecommunication and computer networks, software applications, business methods, fintech, biomedical devices, food processing, and mechanical systems. In the course of his career, Amit has assisted numerous domestic and multinational clients – particularly leading  US and Indian software companies –  adeptly serving their diverse intellectual property requirements.
