Aishwaria joined the Firm in 2018 and advises clients on a range of issues pertaining to trademark infringement, unfair competition, copyright infringement and domain name disputes. She is also a participant in a government initiative that seeks to spread IPR awareness at the high school level.
Enrolled at the Bar in 2017, her initial professional experiences encompassed issues of corporate law such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, projects and project finance.
Aishwaria is extremely passionate about the cultural arts and particularly enjoys theatre and acting. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and Hindustani Classical singer. Also a voracious reader, she can often be found with her nose buried deep in a book, except when she’s in the kitchen creating experimental, delicious cuisine.
