Abhishek has more than ten years of experience in managing patent prosecution particularly for cases related to mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunication engineering and he can often be spotted attending hearings at the Patent Office in connection with such matters. His portfolio management skills also include recordal of assignments and mergers; filing patents in foreign jurisdictions; maintenance of patents; and licensing of patents in India and other jurisdictions.
He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and a registered patent agent.

Away from his desk, Abhishek runs an NGO ‘Pravitra’ that serves military/ paramilitary personnel in the field of ‘stress management, meditation, yoga and alternative medicine’ and aids the education and nutrition of underprivileged children. He also writes Hindi poetry and enjoys listening to music.
