Remfry’s 4th IP Seminar

Remfry & Sagar’s 4th IP Seminar took place on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Gurgaon (9.30 am to 5 pm). It welcomed lawyers in private practice and corporate counsel and featured inclusive discussions on trending IP subjects.

As competition in the telecom industry continues to drive litigation on standard essential patents (SEP) and issues of biodiversity command increasing attention for patent filers, we partnered with industry experts on panel discussions to look at these developments in a comprehensive manner. Seasoned attorneys from the Firm also reviewed prominent changes in India’s trademark and copyright regimes and focused on digital issues that confront IP managers and business heads today – how social media impacts IP rights, data privacy concerns and whether consumer interests are compromised when they sign up to ‘terms and conditions’ online.
