Surabhi joined the Firm in 2015 and focuses her practice on the prosecution of trademarks. She has significant experience in trademark filing activities – answering filing/ pre-filing queries on questions of law and procedure, and researching and drafting opinions on registrability. She also attends to office actions issued upon examination of trademark applications and attends hearings at the Trade Marks Office to argue for the acceptance of matters.
She holds a certificate in ‘General Course On Intellectual Property’ – a course offered by WIPO. She is also a part of the DIPP/CIPAM-INTA IPR awareness campaign – a government initiative to raise IP awareness at the high school level.

In her spare time, she likes to read novels, write poetry and play badminton.
