Ritushka Negi

Ritushka has spent over two decades at the Firm and manages a broad spectrum of functions. These include drafting and prosecuting patent applications and, in matters involving contentious issues, appearing before the Patent Office and Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). Her understanding of business exigencies, expertise in IP portfolio management and patent valuation skills ensure that clients’ interests are always well protected. Her practice focuses on many fields of technology including pharmaceutical and chemical patents, however, the telecommunications, automotive, embedded systems, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical and computer science sectors are particular areas of focus.
Ritushka frequently shares her insights into the Indian patent landscape at various domestic and international forums. She has also authored many articles for international publications.
She is also a member of the India Chapter of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

Interests
Ritushka enjoys traveling, meeting people and exploring new destinations and cultures. Listening to music is another way she unwinds. She is also an avid reader – preferring non-fiction to other genres - and practices yoga for wholesome wellness. Committed to helping the not-so-fortunate, she has been involved with a non-profit for many years now.
